ALPFOODWAY est un projet du BREL (Bureau Régional Ethnologie et Linguistique) d'Aoste (IT) et financé par l'Europe (Interreg).

Il a pour but d'immortaliser le patrimoine culinaire alpin. 

Notre travail est constitué de 15 séries complètes (233 photos) accompagnées de 15 textes poétiques.

Il a fait l'objet d'un exposition itinérante et d'une publication (Alpfoodway, 358 pages, 2022).
